Browse Free On Android With MTN BIS, Simple Server And Autoproxy.

What does it really mean for a data to be capped? A Data is said to be capped if its is restricted to a particular size. E.g. when you are on MTN Ipulse and you recharge your line with #100 credit, you will be given 10MB which means once you have used up the 10MB data, you wont be able to browse again. That means the data was capped at 10mb but when we are talking about unlimited browsing, it means you will keep on browsing untill the expiration date of your subscription, which means you can browse and downloaded up to 100GB files since its unlimited.

To browse unlimitedly on your android phone just be patient and read the step by step details below and don’t forget to leave a comment because it took me hours to come up with this write up and screen shots. So lets begin.

What do we really need to get this working?

We need a ROOTED ANDROID PHONE,simple server app which can be downloaded below, auto proxy and iptable which can also be downloaded below and lastly either MTN BIS or BBLITE subscription.

TO REALLY ENJOY THE UNLIMITED BROWSING WITH MTN BIS+SIMPLE SERVER ON ANDROID

Just create new configuration setting by Going to settings>>Mobile network settings>>Access Point Name>>create new access point (apn) just like the below settings:

Name: simple server

APN: web.gprs.mtnnigeria.net

Proxy: 127.0.0.1

Port: 8080

Username: web

Password: web

Authentication type: PAP

APN type: default,supl

APN protocol: IPv4

APN roaming protocol: IPv4

After creating the settings save it and activate it as your current browsing settings.

Now download this three powerful app

Once you are done downloading the app, install the 3 app and open the simple server scroll to the below 3 line and change it to the settings below

Injection Query: http://web.blackberry.com%2fa%3aa@

Injection line: HIT the enter arrow key 4 times just like the below screenshot

Once you’ve completed the process quit the app and open auto proxy. A prompt should come up telling you to give auto proxy root access since your phone has been rooted and auto proxy needs root access before it works.

Once root access has been granted to auto proxy goto the top right corner of the app and click new to create new settings that looks exactly like the below screen shot.

Proxy Host: 127.0.0.1

Proxy port: 8080

Save and quit the app. you are one step away from browsing unlimitedly on your android smart phone.

Now you need to subscribe to any of the MTN BIS or BBLITE plan.

To subscribe to the BBC plan which is unlimited first of all migrate to MTN BUSINESS PLAN by dialing *460*1#. Wait for some moment till you actually get a confirmation message just to know that you have now migrate to that plan.

Now recharge your line with #100 naira and send BBCDAY to 21600 as a message. Wait for a welcome message confirming your subscription. Then go back to your simple server, open it and click on the start icon. Once it has started you should see something similar to the below screen Shot

Click the log option which you will see where they wrote “Download”. You should see the data reading

Now to power all your app with the simple server open your auto proxy, click the IP you have created, you should see connect option. Click on it and wait till your auto proxy turns green and a blue icon will appear on your phone notification bar

IP TABLE

For the IP table, just leave that because its only needed for the auto proxy to function properly. So once auto proxy is started, IP table is automatically running in the background. After all the settings you can start browsing unlimitedly on your android smart phone. Mind you you need to change your opera protocol settings to HTTP from Socket/HTTP. To do that open your opera>>Settings>>Advancwd>>Protocol>>change to “HTTP” go back and enjoy smooth and fast browsing.
